For Dragonsmana's "Cryptid Files" at [link]
This is the Lizardman of Scape Ore Swamp. The first time this cryptid was spotted was on June 29, 1988 by Christopher Davis, who saw the creature after replacing a tire that had blown out around 2:00 AM. The creature reportedly tried to grab the car, damaging it while Davis tried to shake the Lizardman off the car, which was covered in scratches. More sightings occured soon after, all with the same evidence and description of the creature. The last sighting was on June 5, when Kenneth Orr reported to the police that he had shot and injured Lizardman, presenting scales and blood as evidence. He later admitted that he invented the sighting to keep the Lizardman story in circulation. Of course, I personally don't believe it to be a man/lizard hybrid because it's biologically impossible. Maybe it's a bipedal reptile we know nothing about, or maybe a living dinosaur. |
